• You will enjoy the villa in complete privacy. We rent to only one guest or family at a time. If you use 1 or 2 bedrooms, the other bedrooms will not be rented to any other guest.


• An additional fee of USD 25 per person per day applies for more than 6, to a maximum of 8 guests.


• 50% deposit required upon booking confirmation. For any cancellations 61 days from the date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full less a USD 50 administration fees. For any cancellations within 61 days, the deposit will be forfeited.


• Rates are inclusive of taxes, daily breakfast and daily servicing of the villa and pool. Generally we have a minimum booking of 3 nights, however one or two day bookings will be accepted if they fall within short vacancies.


• Check in time 14.00 Hrs, Check out time 12.00 Hrs, Bali time.


• Early and late check out may be available upon request depending on occupancy.
